Abstract
Проаналізовано методологічні засади дослідження гарантій прав неповнолітніх підозрюваних та їх реалізацію в кримінальному провадженні. Визначено комплекс наукових методів, використання яких спрямоване на з’ясування сутності окремих правових категорій з досліджуваної проблематики.Downloads
