Philosophical and Political Understanding of the Concept of Solidarism

Abstract

The article discusses the peculiarities of formation and development of the idea of social solidarity of global philosophical thought. Scientific article also gives the main social and philosophical approaches to the construction of an effective system of social cooperation. Actual tasks for modern Ukraine which professes democratic values are a search and determination their own destiny your own optimal path based on the experience of the European countries, and the formation and further development the social partnership system. It should be noted that solidarism which focused on the subjectivity of all society members is an ideology of the breakthrough collaborative and joint creative evolution. Pay attention that a number of very important steps have already implemented for the formation and development of social partnership in Ukraine. The problem of preserving the integrity of the society, the search for unifying factors is one of the dominant trends in the public construction of a unified Ukraine. In determining the role of the state in the doctrine of solidarity, social harmony is ensured by intelligent regulation of legal relations between individuals. We believe it is right that the enforcement of equitable social redistribution, through the established legal norms, belongs to the state. In accordance with the solidarity the state is the necessary and highest form of human coexistence. The economy of solidarity does not aim at the enrichment. Its purpose is the welfare of every individual. Further ascent of the Ukrainian society requires the development of the ideology of solidarism, and therefore democratic principles, legal mechanisms of management of social processes. The ideology of solidarism in the modern conditions aims to become the leading, and the practice of social partnership is a real embodiment of it in government processes. These principles are able to bring Ukraine to the leading democracies of the continent because the legal solidarism is a kind of social ideal, where the idea of solidarity is in the center, which means that it is cooperation of different social layers and groups that take part in political life in the exercise of power.
