Cultural Basis of the Successful Professional Activity of a Lawyer

Abstract
The attention in the article is given to the key cultural aspects of the professional activity of a lawyer, which are necessary for successful career prospect, self-realization of a specialist and fulfilling its professional duties on the appropriate level, guaranteeing the rights and freedoms of citizens, and constant professional interaction in the field of «human being-human being». Personal dignity, a sense of social importance of its own legal activity stimulate the employee for searching aesthetic means of self-realization. In fact, the phenomenon of lawyer's creative will aims at achieving harmony in the legal relations, but not to its own benefit. Thus, the article focuses on the importance of formation of the harmonious personality of a lawyer, who should be qualified not only in a legal practice, but also be well-developed in different spheres, should feel the boundaries between beautiful and ugly. It is the case of the formation of the certain type of culture in the future lawyers, including professional, moral, psychological, ethical, aesthetic (aesthetic sense, aesthetic taste, aesthetic ideal) and other aspects.Downloads
