Abstract
In the scientific article the possibility of using metaphysical methodology in legal science is researched. In the scientific article the historical study of metaphysics development is conducted. The efficiency of using metaphysical methodology in philosophical studies of past and present is revealed. The eminent philosophers’ thoughts on the possibility of using metaphysical method in the society cognizing are represented. In the article the presence of metaphysics’ elements in modern scientific knowledge is shown. The presence of metaphysics’ elements in modern legal science is proved. It is grounded the feasibility of using metaphysical methodology in legal studies, as metaphysical methodology is an effective tool for researching spiritual elements of legal reality. The features of spiritual elements of legal reality are the ones to be researched through using metaphysical method and other philosophical methods of cognition.Downloads
